Finally, a pillow that is tall enough to support my head the way I need it. This pillow has a lower side and a higher side. I have been looking for a pillow tall enough to support my neck and shoulders the way I like it for years now. VERY firm. Not gonna lie, it will take a little time to get used to, but once I fell asleep I stayed asleep all night..

It took a week exactly to completely inflate to the proper size. I originally rated it a 2. Now I'm giving it a 4 star. it seems to help me sleep better with less neck pain. The pillow cover does have a brown stain on the white from brown trim as the pillow was rolled so tightly.

This pillow never puffed up properly thereby making it very uncomfortable. It made my neck ache worse. I couldn’t wait to return it!

This pillow didn't really work for me. It seemed to make my neck pain worse. Maybe I needed some time to adjust to the pillow. There is a separate pillow included in the casing that you can take out if the pillow is too thick for you. After I did that I thought maybe I would find it more comfortable, but that didn't do anything to help. I felt as if the memory foam was too firm for my liking. So I now use it as a back pillow which works for me so I guess it's a win-win.

This pillow is a gamechanger. I like that have a medium firm memory foam that keeps my head in a proper position for sleeping. It took me couple of days to use with it but definitely worth it! I sleep better than ever. Highly recommend it.Mircea B.

This pillow was everything promised.

Product arrived either used or moldy. Not sure which very large red moisture stains/marks all over the pillow. Cost was high for an unsanitary item.

This is a decent cervical pillow. My mom has been having neck and shoulder pain upon awakening and I suspected her pillow was not supporting her adequately. I ordered this pillow for her and she says her pain has been reduced significantly. She is a back sleeper on a slight incline and this pillow aligns her head to not loll over to the side. It also leaves room for her shoulder under the edge so she's aligned on both sides. What I don't like is that the dip for her head isn't very pronounced so her head is still at a slight angle. I wish the indention was deeper. But she is pleased with it.
