Excellent Make Up Remover with Nice Consistency
This product is good. A little bit goes a long way and one swipe gets it all. The consistency is nice and gentle. I use it in the eye area (removing shadow and eyeliner that smudges under my eyes). I'm sure it'll work on mascara but I wasn't wearing it when I tried it. Also, it doesn't have an obnoxious fragrance. It's a smaller container - but you just need a tiny bit. I would recommend this product.

Gentle and Fragrance-Free – My Go-To Cleansing Balm!
This is my second time purchasing this cleansing balm, and I couldn’t be happier! I love that it’s completely fragrance-free and gentle on the skin, making it perfect even for sensitive skin types. It removes makeup effortlessly without causing any irritation. The balm’s compact size also makes it super convenient to bring along while traveling. It’s a reliable and effective product that has become a staple in my skincare routine. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gentle yet efficient cleansing option!

Great for Sensitive Skin Girlies
Love, i definitely think this is safe for sensitive skin girls. It's unscented and the product it soft enough where it won't disrupt your skin. It takes off my makeup even with an amount of a finger tip. The only thing is I wish it was bigger because it does last me long because I don't use a lot to take off my makeup but I've use other products that have more product in it and it last me longer than this one. But I do think it's worth the money!

Amazing Cleansing Balm!
It effortlessly melts away even waterproof makeup without leaving any greasy residue behind. My skin feels clean and refreshed, not stripped or dry.The best part is that it’s fragrance-free, which is perfect for my sensitive skin. It’s gentle, nourishing, and the addition of jojoba oil really helps hydrate my skin while cleansing. I’ve noticed my skin feels softer and more balanced after using it.

This is the bomb
I have used every brand of makeup wipe and/or micellar water and have NEVER removed all of my mascara without several swipes and a lot of rubbing...even though I don't wear waterproof mascara. Product says don't get in eyes...okay, shut them, use half a pearl size and a bit of water, one swipe of the washcloth and ALL of it is gone. Use a pearl size for rest of the face, again with a bit of water, and skin is clean, soft and moisturized. I have never felt a residue that would call for another cleanser after using this Ceravae It is a small jar, but I know it will last longer than the expensive wipes and micellar that I used twice a day. It does have a very faint, menthol fragrance that is gone as soon as it's washed off. Worth every penny!

Can’t get past the smell
This product works well, but it smells so bad that I won’t repurchase it just for that reason. I don’t know how more reviews aren’t talking about the smell. It claims to be unscented, but it smells like paint or something I can’t quite put my finger on. There are other affordable cleansing balms that work just as well that don’t smell awful like this one does (like the elf one).

removes waterproof mascara (but can leave residue on contacts)
This stuff is great. It has the consistency and meltability of coconut oil. You melt a bit between your fingers and then apply to the face while dry, massage, and then wash away with water. I then follow up with a facial cleanser to get any residue off. It gets off my Lancome Hypnose Drama Waterproof Mascara mascara off in one go. I barely ever lose any lashes during the removal process because it's so gentle. It also lasts a fairly long time (my last one lasted me about a year). If you use while wearing contacts, a tiny bit will inevitably get on your contact lenses when removing waterproof mascara. This residue stays on your contact lens making your vision a bit blurry. I always remove my contacts before using. You can always get the residue off with contact lens solution if it does happen though, and the product does not sting at all if you get it in your eye. This probably true of most oil based makeup removers though. As long as your contacts come off at night it shouldn't be a problem.

Just buy it!
The texture of this was nice and rich. It does a wonderful job getting everything off my skin before I go in with my second cleanser. It's very moisturizing and has definitely made a difference in my skin. It is a rather small jar, but a little goes a long way. I'd say it's a good value overall.
