Just plug n play
It was so simple i thought it was broken. You plug and it's working, no pop up, no message, just working as son as you plug it in. My suggestion, turn off wifi if you want to use the full capacity if this unit.

Nothing more really to say, other then it does have issues staying connected into my iphone 7 plus, Basically have to hold it in place.**UPDATE**** Seller reached out to me after seeing my review and offered a refund or to ship out a new one free of charge. I took the offer of the replacement and about a week later, New one arrived and it works much better ***

The ethernet to USB adaptor didn't work from the start. I wonder if it would with a USB 3.0 instead of 2.0....?
