Project MK-Ultra and Mind Control Technology: A Compilation of Patents and Reports

MIND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
This is an very good book. It exhibits the misinformation about the timeline of these torture projects that have gone on non-stop for the last 40 + almost 50 years. It helps to have a background or understanding of electronics when you read the patents sections, patented many years after they have been created at the universities under research grants and field tested. Many program routines are used with this technology to confuse the target and portray it as a benefit to mankind. This is to distract them from the facts. This is criminal, illegal, unconstitutional and a crime against humanity. Although there are a number of books like this one that seem to present information for judges or court juries for legal cases, the perpetrators of this are pretty much immune to U S laws and it is hard to prove.

A Bit of a Disappointment...
I bought this book fully aware of the subtitle "a compilation of patents and reports." I was somewhat disappointed to open this volume to see it is simply fuzzy Xerox copies of patent submissions and reprints of stodgy bureaucratic memos and reports, with no explication nor insight other than that which you intuit from other sources and previous commentaries on the implications of these exhibits of the 'banality of evil' (to steal a phrase from Hannah Arendt). Okay as a bland compendium of back-up research sources; other than that, I cannot recommend this.

Good condition
Government documents, all types, patient info, statistics, and types of experiments done on human.Hard to believe they were up to this kind of stuff.Every type of machinery, chemistry, science, technology all applied with-in a few decades.A lot of it is redacted. Black lines drawn through it. Wonder what their hiding?Dulles was the first to mention MK-Ultra.He was responsible for the Warren Reportand the cover up of the killing of the President. How put the chicken in charge of the hen house?More important does all this relate to what is currently going on in the world?

Great collection of rare MK Ultra documents and gang stalking technology
The MK Ultra documents wouldn't be believed had they not survived. This book is a great collection of some of the craziest government documents about mind control, drugs, and hypnosis. The first chapter begins with a government memo describing the various programs that used human subjects for mind control and behavior modification purposes. It includes several memos about the unethical practices of MKULTRA.The second chapter is a collection of government documents related to the use of drugs in MKULTRA. It includes a CIA wish list of substances and their desired effects. The chapter includes several memos related to LSD, and the CIA's desire to find human subjects with "not too high mentality" for testing. The third chapter is about hypnosis, and shows various CIA documents that explore the field. The first document shows the CIA's interest in "flicker light," which some believe would later be used in the refresh rate of monitors and televisions. The last page of the chapter is a disturbing memo about how a hypnotist "constantly used hypnotism as a means of inducing young girls to engage in sexual intercourse with him."The fourth chapter is about Subconscious Isolation—which some believe was the precursor to Project Monarch's split personality methodology.Chapter 5 is about the agency's subproject 136, which explores extrasensory perception (ESP).Chapter 6 contains documents discussing the victims of MKULTRA, and the procurement of willing and unwilling human subjects.Chapter 7 is an MKULTRA glossary from the agency, containing various terms and definitions used in the project. The rest of the book is a collection of patented technology that has since been developed in the fields of artificial telepathy, behavior modification, nervous system manipulation, mind control, mental monitoring, directed energy weapons, electronic surveillance, implants and nanotech, and subliminal messaging. This book contains a lot of great research material. It's a wonderful way to introduce others to the government's secret history of mind control, and to expose the hidden world of mind control and gang stalking technology.

disappointing
This book is a collection of photocopies of patents and other documents related to MK-Ultra. It has no explanatory material. There is not even an introduction or detailed table of contents, much less any chapter discussions of the collected materials. The reader is left with no context to interpret the photocopies - no sense of the value of any given document or its relative importance or relation to the broader MK-Ultra project. Many of the documents include very little or no contextualization, so even if one knows the general contours of MK-Ultra, one is still unclear about the content or relevance of a particular document. The editor does not even provide an overview of where the documents came from, his criteria for selecting these rather than others, or the documents' reliability. You are better off reading a book on MK-Ultra, such as the recent biography of Sydney Gottlieb by Stephen Kinzer, and then consulting (for free) the original documents posted at the Black Vault website, which has a a large collection FOIA government documents on MK-Ultra.

1/2 documents and 1/2 patents.
I really wanted to see the actual documents and i was interested in seeing the patents as well but the entire book is a bunch of 1/2 docs. Total crud. Maybe its dis- or misinformation. File a FOIA and get the real docs. Pass on this.
