Great customer service
I purchased two of these lamps a year ago. I love how narrow they are for my small nightstands, while still giving enough light. I use them every night and charge them about once a month. I did notice one of them required more frequent charging and eventually died last week. I contacted the manufacturer about this maybe 3 days ago and they sent me a replacement that arrived today. I was already happy with my purchase but I was even happier with their customer service.

A scam, don't buy
I bought one first. It arrived and worked as instructed. I was pleased. I always charged it periodically. This lamp died within 3 months. I barely used it and charged it appropriately. I asked for a return and bought a second one. The same thing happened with the second one! It lasted less than 2 months. These lamps die constantly, with or without charging too apparently. I would not buy them unless you want to get a new one every 3 months.

Attractive and provides a really nice light.
I like having a soft light on my table for dinner and use this light on low when I don't feel like lighting candles. It sets a nice relaxing mood.

only works with specific charger?
this lamp is nice, but for some reason, it only wants to charge SPECIFICALLY with the charger they sent with it! we don't have a plug in the corner of our hallway, so it gets pretty dark right there, and that's where we keep this light. we have to charge it pretty often, and at one point we lost the charger. while the charger was missing we simply could not use the lamp, which was pretty sad. but when we found it again we were excited to be able to use the lamp again!!!
