Product says it comes with 4 adapters. Only two were delivered.

Doesn't accept my three prong charger completely
The adapter fits into my wall perfectly fine. HOWEVER, with the charger that I bought this for is a three prong charger, it only accepts about half of the charger. This product does take the current from the two prong wall into my three prong computer charger, but the charger is falling out and I have to be really careful not to move anything or it will fall out. It technically works, but its disconcerting that it looks like it is falling out.
