I ordered this model for my restaurant. The instructions were a bit fuzzy and lacking, but after you play with it is easy to figure out the whole system.My order came with 2 pagers that didnt work. I contacted the seller about it and I was sent replacement pagers. Reply time was fast (within 24 hours). Shipping is a bit slow (7-15 days)The system works as intended. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend.Edit: just got the two replacement unit and they work great. Again, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend

Easy to use pagers with great range! Very nice storing tray!

Wanted a replacement for the buzzers that did not work, Amazon wouldn’t help me since it was 31 days from delivery. Few buzzers wouldn’t hold a charge and therefore couldn’t be used.

This system works so well it has made our food truck run so much easier when it comes calling out order pick ups.

Pagers work well and have space for your business logo under removable plastic

Can’t activate all of them is supper complicated, half the devices did not work and after a month it all stopped working

These pagers are super simple, there ate 20 total and they all can charge simultaneously in the charging dock.I can easily page an one of them and it will beep until the button on the pager is pressed.Overall it's a decent system but I really wish it had some more features such as being able to put the pagers in vibrate only mode and it whould be great if there was a "call" button on the pagers to page the base system and it should show on the display what pager has paged it, it whould be a great system for offices and hotels
