RSVPInternational Silicone Funnel Collapsible, Dishwasher Safe, 5.25x4.25x5.75" Fully Extended, Green

This is my second try with a collapsible funnel and I hope it will be better. I appreciate that it eliminates the bulk for drawer space (height). It is not perfectly a seamless process to fold it. For example, I cannot do it with hand to press down. For me, it requires two hands one to fold the other to press. I've only had it for a month and it works fine. I will report back if the folds make it in the long run through wear and tear.

So happy to throw out the stackable funnels that continually got caught on the drawer when I tried to open it to get something else out. Wish they came in different sizes though. If your need is for dry goods only you might want to reconsider as it gets stuck a bit on the silicone so you have to shake it and in my experience caused a bit of mess/spillage.

We keep our olive oil in a re-purposed wine bottle, and sometime between the previous refill and now we lost our funnel. When choosing the replacement, I wanted a collapsible model to take up less space in the kitchen drawer, so I went with this one. It's perfect! when compressed it's less than in inch thick and only a few inches wide, but it actually expands to a decent sized funnel. It was just right for the olive oil (the tip did fit into the wine bottle) and I seems like the right size for anything else I'd need to use a funnel for. I'm very happy with it.

It's really sturdy & flexible & it fits so many jar sizes. And because it's collapsible, I can replace all 5 of my various sized funnels with it & that opens up a whole new drawer in my kitchen. LOVE LOVE LOVE :) Haven't run it through the dishwasher yet, that will be the final test

i guess this could work if you ONLY use a funnel for liquid but as it is, it's a waste in my drawer since it can't also be used for grains, powders, etc. the hole is very small the dry stuff gets stuck against the silicone. regardless of funnel function, another gripe i have is that it's tricky to dry it after it's been washed. turn it one way and water gets trapped so it must be flipped so needs twice the amount of drying time.

It tends to flop over when using so you can't fill it too high, over half way it tends to spill, i.e. gravity wins - could use a bit firmer material to avoid that, but would it still collapse? it should. but still I like it and use it.

I bought this funnel because I will be canning some apple butter in small jars that have a smaller neck than the standard Mason jar. I intend to cut off the spout one level so that it is wide enough to let this thick apple butter flow into the jar and keep the jar neck clean. My standard canning funnel is too large and this is perfect. Because it is silicone, I have the ability to trim it to my needs.

I work in the wine business, so having a funnel that fits into my insulated sample bag is crucial. But, I've found a lot of uses besides wine/liquids, thanks to the varying sizes this takes on in various stages of collapse or expansion. The fact that it folds to a (nearly) flat position though, is, for me, perhaps the most useful, as space in the bag (or kitchen drawer, I suppose) is often quite tight. Quality design and build. Recommended.
