This laptop replaces our current one which is getting rather old. Time for a new modern one and we made a good choice. It does all the things it should, is well priced and was promptly delivered and well packed.Thank you Amazon.

Good laptop, exactly what I wanted. Easy to use and great value for money.

I cannot believe I am adding this update. Today I received a letter on Amazon headed paper. The letter offered me a £50 voucher in return for a 5 star rated review of this product. I am not prepared to offer a false review and I question the objectiveness of other 5 star reviews. What follows is my genuine review of this item.I returned this laptop, I should have researched the specs better. It looks nice and it is lightweight, setup is straightforward and it runs Windows 11, but that is where the good points stop. The display is terrible when you are using Skype or other video conferencing apps. I am not a gamer but I cannot see anyway the CPU and graphics would support modern gaming. This is not surprising when you Google the performance of its Intel UHD 500 graphics. I use some quite complex Excel spreadsheets and the Celeron processor was not up to the job. Loading took a long time although once loaded changes to the spreadsheets was more acceptable. The quality of the keyboard and case is poor and doesn't give any confidence that it could withstand family use. I am not sure who would use this laptop: games are a non-starter, social media use is let down by poor video calling, it is not robust enough for either office use or family shared use.

Well worth the money. Great for word processing and web surfing.

Great value, lightweight lap top that will fulfil the needs of most home users. It is much faster and easier to use than my previous laptop.Set up was easy and because it includes Windows I was able to easily transfer data from my old laptop. The array of different Aps available makes it feel ultra modern and some of the software is unbelievably good.The battery lasts long enough for short spells outside of the home and I think it would be a great asset to students.The dark grey colour and slim design look good. Very happy with my purchase.

Having read reviews I thought this was going to be a great buy.well what a disappointment.having read the manual proceeded to set up.the look of the product was good.had problems setting up,what should have been straight forward to do became a nightmare.the laptop failed to load updates saying an error had occurred must start again,but could never back to the point where I could start again,in the meantime the back of the laptop became very hot,I suspect that the battery was faulty,as well as my previous problems.the spec looked good price very good but the quality and attempted performance/setup very disappointing.am returning for a full refund.

I up graded my old lap top which was behaving very badly. I was assured that it was a good model, but it decided to do it's own thing rather than what I wanted. My photos were so disappointing, and I wanted to improve this with a new laptop. I was able to pair my phone and transfer all my pics and info/programmes/apps without any trouble. The quality of my shiney new SGIN is fabulous. It was a great price and wonderful value for money. My partner has a Huawei. He paid a lot more for his and the spec on mine is better. Yay!

Stared laptop up and it only stayed with logo on it. Wait a few hours still nothing. Decided to return it wrapped it up in box to be collected and when I lifted the box you could feel heat on the sofa where it was sitting. Took it out of box and the laptop was boiling hot to touch. Have to wait for this unsafe laptop that could have started a fire to get out of my house. Shocking never bought anything like this. DO NOT BUY
