I love this! I had a torn meniscus and have not yet done the surgery as it's not as unbearable. I did have acl surgery before and sometimes my knee gets crickety so these have beyond saved it. I also use these while jogging

I lift weights and also have a physical job, and between the two I pulled “something” in my right bicep. I’m not one to run to the doctors, so I took it to YouTube...90% on there say I’ve developed bicep tendinitis...so I immediately began researching how to relieve this pain...I mean seriously, it got to where I couldn’t even put on a shirt without excruciating pain in my bicep and shoulder (I “almost” went to the doctor) then I seen this guy using Kryofit and thought for $25 bucks I’d give it a try! I put both Kryofit sleeves on my right bicep and forearm. I’m wearing them both 24 hrs except for showering and for a couple hours placing the cold packs in the pockets...in just 2 days the pain has reduced to a bare minimum! This is an AMAZING product!!

got refund ---got it 1 day before expiration of 39 days because the elastic broke on the pocket holding the ice packet. liked the idea. but this incident makes me concerned about quality ---but frankly everything seems to be made with problem material and not made to last long.
