Q: What is the warranty? I got mine 6 months ago and its already broken.

It is definitely longer than 6 months! The suitcase I purchased to go with this one had a 10 year warranty. I am not certain about this one but if you have had it only 6 months it is still under warranty. Contact Samsonite customer service.

I had same issue- I purchased a separate battery pack and plugged the bag cord into the pack and my iPhone charger to the battery. I never use it! But the bag is nice
