This tool worked perfectly and I was able to program a replacement key for 2020 Acura MDX without any issues on first try. Autel has great video tutorials on how to use this tool and I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs to program keys. It came with everything I needed the programmer OBD adapter and even comes with two universal remotes. The only thing it doesn't come with is batteries for remotes.

This key programmer works great and is easy to use. It comes with 2 key fobs which was more than what I expected.

I tried to add new remotes for 3 different cars and ran into issues every time. I haven’t gotten this mad at a piece of tech in ages. Basically I just spent $500 for junk. Oh, and it’s past my return window. Let me go into some detail.First I updated everything, then I tried to add a remote for a 2009 Buick Lacrosse. I tried the Reading/Cloning function and that didn’t work. Next I tried the OBD port and after hours of watching video tutorials and reading the instruction manual, I got to the add remote function. The device said to hold the lock and unlock buttons down so I did that. Nothing happened. I tried it on 3 different fobs - same result.Next I tried the same process on a 2012 Kia Rio. Once again, the Read/Clone function couldn’t detect the original fob so on to the OBD method. This time I got all the way to the “Hot controls” or whatever it’s called, then it got stuck and timed out on establishing a vehicle connection. I didn’t get any further than that.Finally I tried the read/clone on a 2019 Nissan Altima and it read the key! Then I try to clone it and suddenly it tells me it can’t read the original key.Hopefully someone will read this and decide against wasting their money on this thing. I’ve sure learned my lesson.

I had lost my keys for a 2020 Honda Odyssey and a 2017 Mazda3. I still had one key for each, but to get a new key from the dealer would have easily cost me $500-$600 total. With the KM100, I was able to buy a couple of generic keys for each car, and program them in myself. I ended up making myself two sets of spares. I've also helped out several friends so far, making them spares as well. This is worth every penny.

Update: I was able to get it working with another Reset to Factory. Tool seems to be working fine. They did get back to my email next day (on the weekend) so glad they care.Initial Review when I got stuck.Needed to program couple of keys. Activated the tool. All good. Seems fine. Registered the device. Did software update few days ago. It was fine. Saw another update so did it. After updates, started getting some 'personal data crash" every time I opened Update App and other apps. So I did factory reset from Settings. After the reset, its look fine but open any app it says please log in but there is no way to login. it says "Autel User center" not detected. Called tech support but they are closed for the weekend. Not happy. This item should be able to handle updates. I am stuck. Paid $80 extra to get this item from Amazon so i will have it for weekend.

First off, the after sales support and communication from this seller was outstanding, I have experienced none better. I had technical questions about the tool and they responded in a reasonably timely manner.The price of the tool was the best I found. The quality was very good.The only problem I had was that it couldn't perform the functions I needed it to, that is, to program an existing key to a newly replaced ECM. (Without which, the vehicle will not start)This was in no way the fault of the tool, rather, the idiocy and fear of losing market share for dealership technicians. Mine HAS to be programmed by the dealer. Thank you Mazda.

I purchased the KM100, and I have to say… I LOVE IT. Very easy to use. and the case is a nice bonus. I can’t find a thing wrong to say about it!

I bought this tool after I was quoted 5k to put my car. On a car hauler to the deliship and reprogramming... I decided to take a chance and I bought this KM100 I have to say it is by far the Best decision I have ever made...1 it's so easy to use. I had never programed a key in my life but in 15min I had the car running...I have had it for 2 days and I have already made half my money back from friends looking for spare keys.

Good product still a beginner but its easy to mavigate

I was able to update after connecting to my WiFi. The process of the info does not function accordingly. It want you to Link and will not go through after. The email system of the machine does not exist for the necessary Link system.
