This keyboard skin will help to keep your keyboard clean and looking new without interfering with typing. I'm a touch-typist, and I'm able to feel my way around the keyboard with this skin on just as well as I normally can -- as if the skin isn't even there. The keyboard skin measures 12-1/4" x 5-1/2" -- check to make sure it's big enough for your keyboard.The only problem I've found with this skin is it's slightly tacky, so dust tends to stick to and accumulate on it. As a result, the skin can turn hazy and unsightly over time. The skin is translucent to begin with, so the dust can make the keys on the keyboard a little hard to make out -- a problem if you don't know your keyboard by heart. The dust problem is especially pronounced on keyboards with black keys and white/grey lettering.In other respects, the skin is really quite good. It adheres to the keyboard very well and it doesn't shift once it's in place. Note that one side of the skin is tackier than the other; this is the side that should make contact with the keyboard. The skin is ideally suited for chicklet keyboards (like those on laptops), not for traditional keyboards. The skin doesn't adhere to traditional keyboards as well as it does on chicklet keyboards.The dust problem is intrinsic to products made from silicone. so I don't consider it a strike against this keyboard skin. The good news is the skin is washable. You can give it a quick rinse every now and then, and it will look and function as well as when it was brand new. This universal keyboard skin is a good bet if you're unable to find a keyboard skin that's molded specifically for your keyboard.

This keyboard protector is pretty good for a universal fitting one. The only thing is that it is a bit thin so you have to be careful when you're washing it after a while. It does attract a normal amount of dust but it washes off easily or you could just use a damp towel and spot clean it. I've had this keyboard protector for a while and it is a little large for my Toshiba but you can definitely just cut it to size like others say.

This is on my 13.3 inch laptop, as the photo can show it doesn't quite fit properly. It hangs over both sides as well as the touchpad below.

I didn't give this product full ratings because from the onset, a section of it has been unable to stick to the keyboard surface (it is flips up every now and then); but other than that, the product is great. It does what it is supposed to do, which is protect my keys from dust, grime etc. and so I am quite happy with the purchase. It is extremely light-weight and doesn't restrict key movements, and fits across the keyboard of a 14" laptop, with a little room for if the keyboard were a tad bigger. I think it is definitely worth the cost too.

I cannot believe the amount of positive reviews this thing has received. This is probably the biggest piece of junk I've bought from Amazon. Take it from someone who's spends quite a bit of money on Amazon a year! I rarely leave a 1 star rating, but this thing 100% completely deserves it.Both corners of the silicone skin have tears simply from peeling it from the cardstock it comes attached to. I thought I could overlook this, but it looks terrible on an expensive laptop (especially for someone who works in a professional field). The thing looks like a condom (no joke). Has the bubbles like a condom, collects debris like one, and makes you want to throw it away after it's first use. (pun intended).Seriously, i'd rather wrap my laptop in a plastic recycleable bag from a local grocery store, than use this thing again. Because that's pretty muh how it makes you feel. Complete junk!

This covers my Perixx mini keyboard with about 1/2" overlap on each side. One side of the cover is slightly more reflective than the other. I prefer the more dull side facing up (less reflected light). The cover sort of adheres to the keyboard (static electricity?) and you can actually type easily with the cover in place. All in all it's well worth the low price.

I've been using this kind of keyboard protector before, so it's not my first time. It does make typing harder, but just as other keyboard protectors all do. So you may need some time to get used to it if you've never tried one before. It works perfectly on my 14' Sony VAIO E series laptop, but you may want to measure your keyboard & check its size before purchase. It's washable and could last fairly long (my last one lasted for 2.5 years on my old laptop, before it's tossed away by people in the repair place... in a fairly good condition!). It does what it's expected to do. It seals the edge of my keyboard without moving or letting dust get under it. Overall I'm perfectly satisfied with this.

I got it for my laptop since it was becoming really messy. The cover is transparent enough, I can see the keys just fine, even in the dim lighting. Looks better on light keyboards, though. It does collect a bit of dust and kitty hair, but ti's easy to wash and it retains the sticky quality. I'm rather happy with this purchase.

Very transparent and not not affect using the keyboard atall. Now i need to buy it for even the adult PC for added safetyThis is a simple hack that I have been missing to prevent my kids computers from damaging liquid and food items.I have had to change multiple computers for the kids from liquids passing down the PC board from the keyboard.I will recommend this to anyone at any time. Tengo gato y los pelos y el polvo se cuelan entre las teclas, este lo protegerá incluso si cae alguna bebida 🫗Es fino, se puede usar perfectamente el teclado con el protector puesto y encaja bastante bien. Atrae las pelusas con estática pero yo lo retiro fácilmente con un poco de cinta adhesiva. 👌
