True Grace Mushroom Myco-Renew Blend Daily Immune Support - 60 Count Capsules - Organic

I got this for what is considered the known beneficial attributes of mushrooms and also for the unknown. In all honesty more for the unknown ( or better said not proven yet). Now the scientific community is pretty much in agreement that various mushroom can provide immune, energy, and cognitive function support (may). In the sellers 4th picture down notice it states, "Contain a guaranteed 250mgs of Beta Glucans per serving." These beta Glucans are polysaccharides which are known to help with avoiding or alleviating sickness (may). They do this very simply said by kinda giving your immune system some exercise and keeping it ready (may). Over the past decade I can attest by my personal observance and those around me that I truly believe there is some truth to it as I hardly get sick (while most everyone else does) since I started taking them .Now the awesome part is the unknowns IMO. I think that we are just beginning to scratch the surface of the amazing potential benefits mushrooms have. There are many ongoing studies looking at various uses and treatments these could be used for like cancer (may). A good case in point is Ergothioneine. This is an amino acid found in mushrooms (of which the types are in this product). It has a very special protein transporter (OCTN1) that is specifically made to transport this to various tissue. It can not be made by the human body. In infants it is in very high levels. In Elderly it is very low. Why is it so important to have it's own special transporter and present in newborns ? The honest answer is they don't know. But they do know it would reason it is very important since it gets 'preferential' treatment when we consume it. It is thought it is key in DNA and telomere protection and repair. Two good sources that both convey how important it is but at the same time not understanding why is the March 2023 Life Extension article "How Mushroom protect against Aging". And also a June 2021 study " Ergothioneine recent Developments".I also want to point out Turley Tail as its immune enhancing abilities are really coming into light here recently. Once again the studies are finding amazing health attributes without understanding why. I personally think Turkey tail is a sleeper that will blow our socks off one day with what they find !Now you can find in my reviews that I hardly ever give 5 stars unless it is Third Party Tested. I have seen so many products when 'truly' third party tested it was ND (none of the ingredient detected). Meaning Fake. Well the general public has grown wiser to this and many if not most supplement companies are now stating 'lab tested' or 'third party tested' on their products. And for the most part they are but not for what you want and most definitely not from who you want doing it. Most supplements come from overseas sellers that provide 'their' lab testing as their supposed proof. This is the very first time I have ever seen a company advertise who exactly did their lab testing and in this case it would be , Alkemist Assured (3rd and 4th picture down). It's also on the box. I am extremely impressed to say the least. When you see this level of transparency you can have confidence that your getting a great product IMO.So notice this is not only organic but USDA organic. And not only that but has been certified by the Utah Dept. of Agriculture and Food. Organic is important as it tends to have less exposure to toxins and heavy metals (may) and IMO your body uses organic better. So what to expect when taking these. There are so many possibilities it would be hard to list them all as this is a very wide spectrum of possible benefits. I personally take it for optimal maintenance and as a strong preventive (immune). I do not have any bad sides taking these and they are real easy to take. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

I have finished my first bottle & I definitely like this product and all of it's ingredients!I started including a variety of medicinal mushrooms into my daily regime 15 months ago. When I came across this product, I jumped on it. First, it includes the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms, which based on my research, is what separates a quality mushroom product from those of lower quality. Also, Beta-glucan is a soluble fiber known for its great for heart health benefits and as an anti inflammatory & this supplement has that.Additionally, I really like the variety of the mushrooms that are included in this supplement. Topping off my pluses, is that it is gluten and grain free.The packaging is a bit much, it does seem they can reduce the size of the plastic bottle it comes in (it was half full).If you are looking for a solid, multi-mushroom supplement, this one should meet your needs!

If you are looking for any type of mushroom supplements, this one gives you a good mix of a couple different types. It's a bit hard to measure the efficacy of this for yourself, but just know that mushrooms have several benefits that the community is just starting to learn about. What I do like is how this is more natural and its in pill form so you dont have to worry about the earthy taste if it was a powder instead.

Kinda seems like this product was the result of someone who has a huge field full of mushrooms growing and tried to come up with an idea to make some money off of it. They claim to be specific hand pick strains of mushrooms for your well being. The entire bottle of pills fits into the cap. The bottle is about 70% empty. I've given mushrooms a try in the past and thought I would look into them again. I will have to pass on this product and not recommend it. Just go get a nice healthy salad with mushrooms on it.

The jars are quite large and only full one-quarter of the jar.
