The media could not be loaded. Excellent after sales service, 1st class. The unit itself has Cool, warm and natural light colours which are dimmable using the supplied RC unit. The fan has 3 speeds and is more than adequate on a warm day to keep your room cool and fresh. The bottom grill also rotates to move the air around the room. The unit is elegant and functional at the same time. RC is easy to use and comes with a handy wall bracket so you don't lose it. The K9 glass crystals reflect a spectrum of colour giving that real crystal effect. Easy to install. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I am really happy with this product. Friends and family who have seen and enjoyed the built in fan when visiting me have all requested I share the link with them so they can buy the same. Money well spent. Delivery was prompt as well. I will buy this product again for my bedroom.

I have 3 of these. The lights are bright , you can tune it from cool to warm . Has a great fan with 3 speeds . A good remote to control all features . The light is not heavy and easy to fit ....Great Light.

The quality of the material is so bad for the price had no idea how bad it was until it arrived it's so flimsy part of it is falling off reason being it's from China not getting anything again from there

Its amazing, looks great and powerful fan and love how you can change the lighting brightness.Only thing that could be improved is for it to be more flush to the ceilingWe are so happy with it and incredible pricePeople need to remember to remove the protection plastic on the silver part and by a battery which is a 27a (easy to find on amazon) xx

Nice concept, works well and a choice of warm to bright white light. Issues. All my Chrystals are twisted at an angle of 20 decrees. It looks nasty. The Christels are all dirty and poorly cut. Base is made of white plastic and the brass frame is tinny buckled twisted and flimsy. I am really not happy with this purchase. It's just cheap and nasty tat. If it was put together straight and felt secure then I might like it. At this moment I hate it but the wife likes it so unfortunately I have to live with it. It's not a light I would take with me if I moved home. Not worth £150 . If I paid £75 for this fan I would think you get what you pay for and be happy with it. but for £150 this is way over what this is worth. The fan also has a wind deflector that spins round, take the centre screw of to clean the fan, again this is gold sprayed black plastic, it feels light cheap and nasty. The fan speed controller in the main body is loose and floats around above the fan motor. None of this fan felt British standard and I am not sure that it is safe. Only that I am an electrical bias I can wire anything up and I've seen plenty of light fittings. If I was asked to fit this in someone else's house, I think I would refuse.

E' bello esteticamente ed è anche molto funzionale, la ventola è potente e già alla prima velocità fa il suo dovere. Silenzioso, elegante, abbastanza semplice da montare.

Was nervous after ordering as I have a ceiling 3.10 height . Arrived on time easy to track hassle free.Instillation was not difficult even gloves included for crystal protection .Looks fabulous and the fan is powerful .The light bulb is on the fanOne question what happens when it expiresWhat to do or how to change ?????
