Pulley works as advertised

Having a torn rotator cuff,but not bad enough to have surgery, I needed something that had a pulley. This item has that plus a big bonus where it has loops so you can use exercise bands. The strap around the door works very well and using the bands the strap does not come loose. Very impressed with this and I would highly recommend this to anyone. Kudos to this company for making this awesome product.

This is mainly a multi anchor point for the door. It comes with one rope pulley - not elastic so not for strength training. And then a large yellow elastic rubber band almost to use for strength training which has no handles. Really sub par

I know what I am talking about and I won’t bore you with the details but I am truly an expert on performing rotator cuff physical therapy exercises at home. Both before and after surgery. First, the length of the cables is adjustable so don’t worry about the height of your door. That said, we have crazy tall doors in this house and the system is installed on a door that is 8 feet tall. Also, these are very nice doors and we don’t want scratches and we don’t want that nice edge at the top and bottom of the door damaged. No problem with this unit. My husband quickly attached it to the door and it never needs adjusting and it’s not harming the door and I use it every day. In addition to the pulleys, the installed loops are well placed. The middle one is ideal for those internal and external rotations with the elastic band. If you do like strengthening and toning exercises for legs, the lower one is perfect for that. We are very pleased with the quality of the main piece as well as the components. It is a great price for such an important piece of equipment that’s essential to getting my shoulders stronger now and rehabbing them after the upcoming surgeries.

This is a great product at a reasonable price and very compact for storage when not in use. Using a door, it is easy to set up and adjust in multiple ways for a wide variety of shoulder and arm mobility and strength training exercises. I bought it for my elderly mom who was struggling with her ability to reach above her shoulder. Her physical therapist suggested this type of product so she can continue her exercises at home. Day by day, my mom's strength and mobility is increasing and allowing her to continue to be independent.This particular product provides a wide variety of uses. I highly recommend it for anyone needing to work on these issues at home.
