I ordered this sauce not knowing how it would taste. I was not disappointed! It's very good. It's not super hot, blends perfectly with just about everything.

I hired a personal trainer and food coach, and the food is extremely strict. I needed to top off all of the chicken, fish and other meats with something. And it had to be ZERO sugar. These sauces are the best. I can't believe it. I just ordered 6 more bottles. I ordered 3 different ones. They are so unique. Sweet Honey sauce is a molasses tasting taste bud explosion. The Thai chili sauce is simply perfect...and my favorite is the Mango Habanero. They rate it a 3 on the HOT scale...I put it at an 8 or 9 from 1 to 10. Man, this stuff is hot...and I love it. It is a warm burn...even made my head itch it is so spicy. If you have not tried these sauces...you are missing out. They make everything that is healthy feel like you are cheating...and you are not. WOW.

This is a modestly sweet and perky sauce without the typical overdose of glucose. I ordered a supply with the idea of juicing up oriental noodles, but I really like how it adds flavor and punch to meat and egg entrees. It does contain sodium, but only a modest 115 mg per serving. We aging diabetics need to be constantly concerned about the content of what we eat, so it's a bonus to be able to drizzle on the sauce with less guilt. It does include a trivial amount of sugar and salt, but the ingredients are mostly natural spices and recognizable condiments, not unpronounceable chemicals. I would prefer a glass container rather than plastic, to avoid the absorption of plasticizers into the sauce.

I've been on a sugar free/low sugar diet for a year. I've become very fond of all G. Hughes products. The Thai Chili Wing sauce is one of my favorites which is why I buy three bottles at a time. I use it for many kinds of foods and it adds spice and sweetness.

Great tasting but not hot enough. i mixed in a bunch of the dustin poirier creole maple hot sauce and it was fantastic. Just my personal recommendation. Maybe add red pepper flakes for extra heat. it's amazing when modified. I use it for a low calorie sauce for burgers or chicken. it goes great on both.

It seems all G. Hughes products are delicious.
