Works Good, Strong and Stretchy
Had for two years and using daily until it got hooked onto wheel spokes and overstretched and broke rubber.PROStrong & fair amount of stretch say 2x (as measured by area)After stretching returns to original size (unlike bungee cord)CONCould use a little more stretch

Small and not stretchy
This item does not work. It does not stretch very much at all. A hook broke off on the first use trying to use it to hold a basketball on a bike rack.

Worth a Buy
I bought this to strap my Kryptonite bike lock to my bike rack because the lock is so heavy, the supplied lock holder kept loosening on my bike frame. I finally got rid of the lock holder and started strapping the lock to my bike rack and securing it with bungee cords instead. It was a time-consuming process so I bought this little doohickey hoping it would cut down on time. It does a decent job, but it's too large to be used for this purpose in how it's secured in the pictures. I have to hook the hooks underneath the bike rack, then over the lock, and back under the rack to get the tension tight enough to secure my lock. It's also been handy in securing a cooler on a trip to the beach. Definitely worth the money, but had to adapt the way I thought I could use it.Update 10/27/18: added a star because I was impressed by how well this net has held up! It hasn't broken or stretched out at all. I've even tested it's limits a bit with some larger cargo items (see image of a 12pk of toilet paper + full size laundry detergent on bike rack). You can get a bit creative with what you want to strap to your bike with this thing!

Keeps everything in place
I bought this for my bike rack to tie down groceries, bags, and extra clothing. It's great at retaining things to my bike. I've had it for a little over a year and it began to break apart. For $12 and daily hard use i think this is a great product. I'm ordering another one.

short life span but great when it works!
worked for one 5 month season and then snapped. It was great when it worked and it doesn’t take up much space when not in use.

Exactly the Fit & Function My Bike Rack Needed
It’s a great product that’s designed to fit and attach onto a rear bike rack with or without gear. And it’s made with the more durable “stretchable” silicone-based rubber that’s commonly used for attaching other biking accessories around tubes and bars (ie lights, fenders, bags).Comparing it to the more common bungee straps, which are usually 12”-15” square nets, these are essentially too large and loose to secure onto the bicycle rack without any gear. The Delta net presents a cleaner and firm fit and finish, whether it's left attached by itself or with gear. It also offers more coverage and a tighter fit over my items/gear to better secure and grip its attachment. One important caution is to NEVER OVERSTRETCH one end or corner of the net, when securing gear. Tension across the rubberized-net must be "evened-out" between each square and each of the 4 attachment points (hooks). This net is exactly what I was looking for my needs. In the photos, the DeltaNet;1. is attached to rear rack platform (secured).2. is wrapped over a 12-liter drybag (7 lbs of gear).3. secures a cycling jacket.

Expect catastrophic failure
I bought this for my girlfriend's bike rack so that if we were out and she didn't want to wear her jacket or sweater she could ball it up and attach it easily to her rack. The bikes are stored in the kitchen, not outside to avoid wear and oxidization, so yesterday when the rubber snapped catastrophically popping all of the clips off all over the street and breaking one and then the net winding itself around the rear hub of the bike you could say I had some concerns. I don't know that we ever even used it at this point, and now it's missing a clip and has several broken pieces of netting. I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone.

used one of these for a couple years, then bought a second for the other bike
use this on the back rack on my cruiser bicycle. it looks really small when not stretched, so it made me a bit nervous on whether it would be able to stretch enough to carry larger things.the stretch is tight, but i havent been worried this would break, even when stretching over something larger. just means it holds things down really tight. but it will smash softer things.recently bought a second one for the other bike, but this one was a diferent color than the pic - it was black net with grey hooks.those stupid bungie nets suck - the holes are too big, the net itself is too large, and something they dont stretch back when you are done. this one has none of those issues.
