Engine Start Push Button Momentary 12v and 24v Waterproof Switch Push to Start Button for Car Marine Boat Truck Lawn Tractor(Red,2 Pieces)

Installed these one an old tractor that doesn't have a key to replace a failed push button start. So far so good.

I like because its easy to intall and very good presentation

When the ignition switch broke on my 1991 isuzu pickup farm truck we installed a switch to power the ignition and accessories and this momentary push start button to activate the starter. I ran one wire from the battery to the momentary push start button and the other wire is ran straight to the starter. It works great it has a rubber cover to protect it from dirt and rain. It looks good on the dash.

Nothing to dislike so far. I have a 1989 Bronco that I use for a plow truck and last winter the key lock finally wore out. The collar that the key switch goes into is wallowed out so a new key lock won't fit properly and new collar's are not available. To address this problem I decided a push button switch would do to start this scrap heap so I picked this one as it had 2 in the package so if the first one goes belly up in a few years I can put in the second one.I don't know about it being weatherproof as this wreck still has a roof ( the floor is another story!) But it has a rubber boot so I would assume it would be at least weather resistant.I have had it installed for a couple of weeks now and it's working fine but I don't start this beast every day either. Not much snow this fall so far!

Bought for a horn button. Seems well made.
