It’s hard to know how accurate these things are. But if you use them regularly you do get a good idea of overall progress. We use it often and it’s helpful to track progress. Interface is great although it plays a Christmas song when charting your results which is obscure and cheapens the whole bit. But we researched a few of these and in this price range I think it probably does exactly what the higher end models claim to be doing. Looks great. Works great. App is seamless. And it plays you Christmas songs? Kudos to the engineer who thought that would be funny. It is.

in the app, under Account>Settings>Switch Units. There you can change to inches and lbs. Took a while to figure it out.Quite a complicated little device. Got it today, very excited. It was fully charged. Takes a bit of time for the electrical impedance to work, but now that I have the hang of it, I think it's not too hard. Having said that, I'll need to study all the bits of data, and it'll make much more sense when I have weeks worth of data, as opposed to a single day.The data like BF, seems close to what I get on my Wyze scale. The Body score out of 100 points is interesting. Would be nice to get more info on it. The one-page report is a nice feature, and will be more useful the better I understand it.So far, I'm pleased. Seems like a good unit with lots of data to peruse. Hopefully, it's accurate. In the Summer, I hope to get a real DXA scan to benchmark against my home scale.Update: I just an email from the mfr, though I'm not sure why, maybe it's because in my review I mentioned how I have to study all the data to make heads and tails of it. Anyway, it's nice to know that someone is paying attention. I still don't know what it all means!It's been 5 months since I bought it, and it works great. I step on it at least once a day, and I've only charged it twice. I'm not sure where the battery indicator is, but it seems to last a long time.I still don't really understand the report, since there's way too much data. It does seem fairly consistent though, as I've slowly lost weight and gained muscle, the data seems to be tracking correctly. Whether I am 13% BF or not, down from 18%, in January, I don't really know. I may go and get a DXA scan soon to correlate the two.

I am using on weekly basis. The measurements are close to the more professional scale but it is very suitable for home usage. You can add more than one profile. Recently i am having problem to make an update on the software through phone. This does not effect the measurement performance but will be happier for an easier update

I was really happy with the scale and all the things I was able to do with it until it stopped working, I cannot charge it anymore and it does not start.

I purchased this scale in 2023. I recently got a new phone and logged into the app and it no longer gives the same information. It only give BMI and Weight. Don't bother cause the scale is basic.

I have been using it for one week and I found it very useful for monitoring my body.When I received the package, I read the instructions and the video carefully. After successfully pairing the scale with my phone and completing my information on the app, measurement began. I stood on the scale and held the handle with the correct posture, then keeped my arms straight at a 30 or 45 degree angle and stood still to wait about 10 minutes for the measurement to take place - and that's it! This is an eight-electrode body fat scale. If you don't hold the handle to measure, the screen will only display the weight and no other value. Once the measurement has been made, it displays 8 data on the device. In addition to weight, you can find out BMI, body fat, body water, muscle mass, bone mass, body age and body type. I can also see 20 measurements on the app and a more detailed body analysis report. All these data are very useful for someone who exercise or go on a diet to lose weight, to gain muscle mass or to increase mass. I don't really know how the technology works, but so far it seems pretty accurate and I'm very satisfied with that!

The scale worked fine until it needed to be charged. I did not have a charger. Customer service was horrible. I asked where I could purchase a charger because, though the original charge lasted months, it finally needed a charge. Customer service told me to go to a grocery store. Because of this, I would not recommend purchasing.

I upgraded to this scale from an old Taylor 5780f with two resistance pads which was telling me 26% bf even though I'd lost 13 lbs recently, in decent shape and have been lower than 15% before so I really felt my old scale was off. This scale worked right out of the box (pre charged even which was nice) and the bluetooth connected to my phone with the app before I even realized it to measure me at 18.3% bf among several other detailed measurements like water, salt(!) and muscle and fat in segmented fashions. You step on it for about 10 seconds while it plays a little tune and it sends the detailed report to your phone which is then easy to share. It also tracks progress between reports automatically. It comes with a little plastic adhesive wall holder for the probe. I feel it's well worth the price if you're serious about your fitness levels. I can tell the regular weight is very sensitive too by the analog style motion it has if you move around a bit. Nice, clean design, easy to view and clean. I wouldn't recommend it for carpet based on the design of the bottom feet.

I did a body analysis with this, and then I went to the gym and did another analysis (worth 90$). They have a big machine used by professionals. I had almost the same results on everything. I think it's great.
