Great customer service
The printer is very handy to print. After 10 months of using it, I have some problems with the page adjustment errors, the customer service team is very helpful and quick to help resolved my issues. I am so happy that they have a great post purchased customer service. I really recommend their products given their top notch customer service.

Easy to use and reliable
This printer has been awesome for the last two years and is continuing to be! Easy to use. I did have a question about how do print transparent labels so I contacted customer service and they helped me figure it out. Perfection.

Good printer, with a few minor quirks.
I like this printer! It had a few quirks. If you load only one label, it often cannot read it because of the way it scans for alignment, so you will always want 2 or more labels inside. Because of this, a single label will become waste. You may want to have some sort of label roll that feeds directly into the printer.When installing drivers, if you have an issue of it printing doubles, you will want to uninstall the software completely and reinstall. Some updates caused this issue for me.Otherwise, quality is great. I don't think i'll be replacing it any time soon.

I love my label printer! Very easy to set up. I use it for my small business, which allows me to make a lot of lapels with little effort. Before I had my printer i was handwriting all of my labels talk about time consuming.
