Solid choice for jeep wrangler
Bought these for my wrangler. I did not do the install myself. Took them to my mechanic and had them install them. They were an improvement over the factory shocks that had become worn out over time. Decided on these after a bunch of solid reviews. I would recommend these to a friend and would buy again myself.

Great Shocks for Jeep Wrangler!!
I've had these on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for 4 months now and I'm very happy with these shocks. Nice ride (firm, but not too firm), rides even better with 4 passengers on board. Shocks maintain height even when you carry a heavy load of firewood in the cargo area. Took family for a day for off-roading at Holly Offroad Park in Michigan and was able to drive thru the majority of the courses without any problems. Keep in mind that these are great shocks if used for the purpose intended which is everyday city driving or light off-roading on the weekends (not for rock climbing or other extreme roads). Excellent price point for a complete set of shocks with this level of performance. In my opinion, these shocks would meet the needs of 90 - 95% of Jeep Wrangler owners who don't take their vehicles off road. Two thumbs up!!

Just what I wanted for my 2017 JK Jeep Wrangler
The OEM shocks with 100k mostly street miles and 7 years on them were not doing what I wanted. These new Rancho shocks stiffened up the ride just enough. We live in a rural area and our "street" is unpaved and poorly maintained, with lots of potholes. These shocks have improved the ride for us.Installation wasn't difficult. I am happy with my purchase.

DIFFICULT FRONT INSTALL ON 2010 JK BUT WORTH IT
It took me 2 hours to install just the front passenger shock. That was about the same time it took me to install both rear shocks. I sprayed all the shocks with a couple of coats of clear coat to mitigate future rusting. The end result of about 6 hours of work? The ride quality compared to the old 100k mile OEM shocks is like night and day! The Jeep rides soft on bumps yet firm at speed. It displays no rebound, handles tight on turns (for an old jeep) and is comfortable to drive on the highway. I highly recommend these shocks!

Welds are a work-around
The shocks are great ! Put on a 2015 Jeep JKU. Rides much better .There is a problem with the fixed nut , the welds get in the way when wrenching.I would buy again though.
