I have now bought 2 of these pillows, they are very supportive for my neck, as the shape, firmness, and height are perfect for me as a larger person, with sleep apnea. However, the height is adjustable, so someone with less body mass would be able to adjust to meet their needs. I definitely sleep very well on this pillow. They are excellent value for money, and I highly recommend this pillow.

I'm having an issue where I sleep on my side with my chin on my chest. It's interfering with my clear breathing. I wanted a pillow that would force an upward chin tilt. How specific!This pillow definitely is helping with that. The depth of the pillow and tilt down to the centre keeps my head in position and helps to keep my breathing easy.But. Omg it's firm. I've been using another memory foam pillow for a while so it's not like I'm still transitioning to memory foam. Still, I wake up in the morning feeling like I've slept on a foam brick. Neck is stiff. It's like trading off one problem for another.When your head hits this pillow, you don't feel like, ahhhhh, I've arrived at my delicious bedtime. You feel like, oh, you again. Well. You're the best I've got for now.It's not too expensive so it's worth a shot especially if you're used to a firm pillow. It's well made, doesn't need to off-gas and is the deepest pillow I've ever used in terms of neck support which is awesome. If you rotate the pillow 180 degrees you can have a different level of support. Sometimes the lower side feels like a neck vacation. It's just so bizarre.Definitely feels like a prescription pillow as opposed to an indulgence.

This pillow has helped the curve on my neck. It has helped my posture and back. I also haven’t been grinding my teeth as much. I recommend lying on it for half an hour just to get used to it during the day. It can feel a bit uncomfortable at the start but you do get used to it and I wish I had of bought one sooner. I have put an ordinary pillow case on my new pillow. Some people may find the memory form hot. As it’s December I’m finding it to be ok. It might be hot in June or July but time will tell.

This pillow is shaped so that your neck is supported when you lie down either on your side or back. It is smaller than an average pillow. It feels soft but is also supportive. I am using it as it arrived so have not attempted to remove any layers. I've only had it a week so not sure of longevity.A couple of things I would change is to make the bit that supports the neck and bit wider and longer. Also the pillow tends to slide about because the material on the back is very soft. This means that sometimes the pillow slides up the headboard a bit. I have a couple of pillows stood on the sides to stop the pillow moving away from me.

Very comfortable and you get a good night's sleep . I haven't woke myself up with my snoring either and hubby can't hear me now
