This is a durable gate.It was easy to install. The gate resists our 75 Lb Retriever puppy and self closes. Very happy with it.

Great gate! I've seen how it compares to many other models, and this one is superior. It stays in place in a high traffic area, even when large dogs try and push it down. Easy to open after learning the design. Great to keep dogs and some adults from coming through, but maybe not a very determined little one.Great highth that will deter all but the most determined dogs from jumping over. Easy to install. Very sturdy. Worth the extra $20 you spend on this one versus similarly sized gates. Slats/holes aren't too spaced apart for most dogs, but keep an eye on your extra small dogs 8lbs and below.Good value. Perfect size for dogs 8lbs and up.I use the preasure mounts, and it isn't easy to remove when tightened properly.

The gate is very easy to install and it's Lock is very secure.Fits great between my doorway and looks great.

We are using the gate to keep our dog in our bedroom at night so she doesn’t roam the house and it works during the day to keep her out of our bedroom so she doesn’t jump and down from the bed as it’s too high and isn’t safe when we go out. It is just what we needed, looks nice and works so well we purchased another for the spare room. The item is well made and goes together nicely. Do what the directions say and don’t remove the cable tie from the gate until install is complete.

I chose this gate specifically because it's mostly metal (not plastic) and adjustable at all four corners (a must for in our old and not-very-square house). I didn't pay close attention to the dimensions so I didn't realize that it's essentially the same height as our kitchen counters (a positive thing for us because our puppy is going to get big); it's still probably too tall for most dogs to jump over. It was easy to assemble and sturdy. Because you can adjust all four corners, we were able to get a really good, snug fit in the doorway; I think most dogs would be unlikely to knock it over unless they are strong and very determined. It opens with one hand and is designed to swing closed automatically which is good for preventing pups from escaping. It includes extra pieces to make it wider, but I didn't need them so I can't comment on them.

The media could not be loaded. Left zip-tie on to install and was easy enough. Feels more secure than other similar tension gates I’ve used. The auto close feature works. I don’t love that but my dogs have destroyed retractable gates. I chose this gate due to the price point and it seems good quality at the price point. I worry the plastic latch will fail over time, so we shall see. I also have younger children who will be using the gate and the latch may be difficult for them to as it requires some hand strength to move the lock and lift simultaneously.

I purchased this gate for a few reasons. 1-the height. I love that its taller than the typical baby gate. I purchased this gate because I got a German shepherd pup and I didn't want a puppy in my bedrooms. I also know once my GS pup grows up she could easily jump the standard gate so the taller the gate the better. Also, she is teething, and I didn't want her chewing on things if she were out of my sight. 2-the price. It's very reasonably priced for a tall gate and is built well. Its sturdy and strong enough to keep my pup quarantined to her area. 3-the walk-through door. I remember having to either step over or take down the old-fashioned baby gates of years ago and I love that this one stays in place, and I just walk through. The gate opens in both directions, which is awesomely convenient. I've noticed the gate will open if I just lift it. When I first got it, I was taking the time to pull the button-lock back and then open it, but I found out by accident that its quicker to just lift and walk through. Overall, this gate is great for the money and function. I'd highly recommend it!

We purchased this gate to keep our puppy in the kitchen and it is excellent.The instructions were clear and concise. Installation took about 10 minutes.We preferred the pressure mounted option for the gate rather than using the "screw-into-the-wall" option as this may not be a permanent addition to our kitchen doorway.It is all metal, sturdy and the self-closing gate (not self-locking, self-closing) is a great feature.The swing gate makes it so much easier to enter/exit the kitchen and we can leave it in the unlocked position (for now!) when we are spending a lot of time going into and out of the kitchen while our puppy stays inside.We selected the taller option as the shorter one might have been too short as our puppy is getting stronger and his jumping height is increasing.This product is highly recommended

Facil de instalar, POR FAVOR LEAN LAS INSTRUCCIONES ya que mucha gente se queja al abrir su paquete de que el producto es defectuoso porque el seguro de la puerta no encuadra, las instrucciones son claras y ahora ya vienen en varios idimas donde indican que "no es un defecto del producto", al ajustar la reja se va alineando el seguro hasta que cierra correctamente, para animales pequeños como son perros funciona muy bien ya que se adiere correctamente al espacio y no se afloja (en mis 2 semanas de estarlo usando no se ha aflojado ni un poco), para animales un poco mas pequeños como conejos, si son de tamaño muy pequeño van a poder escabuirce entre las rejillas pero si son de tamaño un poco mas grande, unos 35 cm podria llegar a funcionar (tengo conejos, dos de ellos no la pueden traspasar pero mi mas pequeña coneja si pudo por lo que tuve que ponerle unas rejillas adicionales de manera casera), en resumen, es muy elegante, facil de instalar, facil de abirr y cerrar y cumple perfectamente su función.

Gate looks really high end and is super sturdy. Locking mechanism is really well done. Works great, secures well. Added bonus that it will open in either direction. We bought rubber cups as well to ensure no slippage.
