This is a review for the Savory Herb & Garlic, 12 boxes with 2 packets each. A versatile product, similar in function to the usual onion soup and dip mix. Just a different taste. Nice for anything-- soups, stews, sprinkling on vegetables, use in a dip, etc. I dont use this stuff often, but just regularly enough to consider it a pantry staple. Nice quick way to add a wallop of flavor. Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Salt, Garlic* (Sulfites), Corn Starch, Tomato Powder, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Onions*, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Onion Powder, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Chicken Fat, Parsley*, Spices, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Natural Flavors. *Dehydrated May Contain Milk And Soy I don't rate on price, and I dont recall the "best by" date, and I don't care. The date is not an expiration. It doesn't go bad at the stroke of midnight. It is simply a guarantee of freshness, but even so doesn't mean that it is suddenly less fresh. Store it well, and it will last for years. Hence, why I really dont care about the date.

Very tasty product.

First: There were, indeed, twelve boxes of the Recipe Secrets. Each box contains two pouches of seasoning mix. The whole box it came in was directly from Lipton, just like you'd receive in a store for resale, encased in an Amazon box as the Lipton box didn't completely cover the product. I had read some reviews saying there were only six boxes for the same price. The description said 12 boxes of 2 pouches ea. and that's what I got. If I'd received otherwise I'd have inquired as to why and gotten fixed. It shouldn't reflect on product reviews if an order is incorrect. Second: This is an awesome blend of seasonings & herbs! It's perfect in sooooooo many things! It makes a 'just right' meatloaf. Makes oven roasted veggies extra yummy. It's my go to seasoning for slow cooker shredded chicken. I often use only part of a pouch for a variety of things including soups, pan seared chicken, pork chops, oven baked or grilled fish. One of our favorite uses is to make a perfect garlic herb butter which makes delicious garlic bread, toasted burger buns, add a bit on a grilled steak, or the one we do most is to season a turkey breast! Please note; this is not a low sodium foodstuff but used sparingly or as the only sodium added to a recipe (i.e. meatloaf) I have successfully used it in our low sodium diet. Many of the things I mentioned using it for are things we used it for before going low sodium and many I still use it for just modified from what I previously would have used. Third: The absolute ONLY complaint I have is that this particular Lipton Recipe Secrets has become impossible to find in stores!! Not a single grocery store within a 50 mile radius carries it!! Though the last one who did only stopped within the last yr, hence the reason I ordered it.

Delicious answer to dieting!! Easy to prepare - drop an Egg in (minus the shell) & a meal within itself.....Jag

Love this seasoning

This stuff is really great! I use it primarily to bake chicken or fish. I pour part of an envelope into a cup, add lemon juice instead of water and a teaspoon or so of mayonnaise to make it the right consistency then coat it onto the piece of fish or chicken. The great garlic & herb flavor soaks in while baking. So easy, and really good! (How much you use depends on the size of the meat/fish - any place from a tablespoon of the mix to a half package.) i have also used it for a quick seasoning of other things. I have used it this way for at least ten years!

Good for recipes, tastes good

I love this on roasted vegetables and so do my kids. Its a great way to get them to eat more veggies. Just toss veggies of your choice (we like red peppers, potatoes, onions and mushrooms) with avocado oil (high smoke point) and this spice mix and roast at 425 degrees. So yummy!
