Does the job
This was a replacement for the same model - which had lasted years - and it does the job very well. It also fits the old space perfectly.

Great fan, not so great instructions
I bought this SF90T fan to replace an older 90T that had died of old age. The two fans are extremely similar; they even use the same fixing points onto the ceiling, which is handy. The fan runs fine, it's reasonably quiet (certainly no worse than the old one), the price is fair, delivery was quick and it's not too bad to install.EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. On the wiring diagram in the installation instructions, the terminals are shown from top to bottom as L1 (Switched Live), N (Neutral), L (Permanent Live). This is the same as the old 90T model, which I had photographed as I disassembled it to make sure I knew which cores were which. When I installed the new one, I made sure to put the SL into L1, then (stupidly) put the Neutral into the middle terminal and the PL into the end terminal without checking the label on the terminal block. After all, I was following the instructions, and matching what was on the previous model. When I fired it up, the fan ran continuously when the lights were off, and went off on the timer when the lights were on. I was confused, so I spent today thinking it over, eventually realising that that behaviour would occur if I'd crossed the L and N wires. Maybe I mixed up the colours, I thought? it's kind of tricky to see what you're doing when you're juggling screwdrivers up a ladder. But no, the wires were where I'd meant to put them. What had actually happened is that Greenwood have swapped the terminals: PERMANENT LIVE IS ACTUALLY THE MIDDLE TERMINAL. Therefore, the wiring instructions are wrong. This strikes me as a very serious problem. For reference, the instructions say "Issue 4 September 2017".On the plus side, the fan seemed to run okay with the L and N crossed. It didn't blow backwards. I suppose this could potentially be useful if you wanted the fan to run only when the lights (or whatever other switched devices you might have) are off.

Thank you Greenwood
My daughter has just moved into a flat built in 2009 with a Greenwood Airvac in the bathroom. The room is being refurbished and the fan has a bit of damage preventing the cover from attaching correctly. I ordered what appeared to be the same fan. Much to my amazement the new fan is identical to the one fitted in 2009. All parts are interchangeable and the screw fitting holes for the ceiling plate are in exactly the same position. The wiring is to the back plate which secures to the ceiling and the motor unit simply pushes onto the back plate thus plugging the motor unit into the power source and secures with one large screw. The suction is very powerful. Thank you Greenwood for the continuity in the design of your products, it makes life easy.
