What a fab travel mug. It is really big meaning I can make my coffee and it last all day. The drink stays warm for about 5 hours. I have not tried a cold drink in it yet but I am sure it will do the job. The seller is amazing. My lid broke, I contacted the seller to obtain a replacement. Unfortunately they did not have any but offered a partial refund so I could purchase a new one - can't complain about that customer service. I have many different travel mugs, of varying size and this one is definitely the best.

I’ve bought quite a few of these cups now and always a fast delivery. Cups are great and as advertised keep cold drinks cold for 12 hours and is this weather that is fantastic. Not tried hot drinks yet but I am sure they will equally good. Had one delivered with slight dent to the bottom, returned and refunded with no issues and ordered more since

Accurate description. One of the lids is slightly loose but won’t be using it for hot drinks so shouldn’t be a problem.Prompt delivery.

I bought for holidays 1st delivery was missing parts had to wait for return first before reordering but 2nd delivery all good and reviews look good so hopefully will keep drinks cold

It's bigger than I thought, the color is gorgeous, it's ideal if going on long trips, would be great if it had a handle on it, but love it all the same

The cup is good, and keeps drinks cold/hot for long. I believe I got a faulty cup as it was leaking. However, I could see the seal on the rim wasn’t secure and twisted so probably only a defect in my cup but overall great

Ordered this mug and the straws and cleaning brush were missing!Really chunky to hold so didnt reorder and went for one with a handle instead
