Don't order if you have an Asus X553M Laptop as it isn't compatible.
I ordered this item as it stated it was suitable for my Asus model X553M laptop. It isn't suitable at all, the jack is too large to fit into laptop. I'm a disabled pensioner but now I've been told the package must be taken to a carrier to be returned. I'd have to pay to return this item which was wrongly described! I was hoping I'd be able to give it to whoever delivers the other charger I've ordered which is due to be delivered tomorrow but have been informed by Customer Services that this won't be possible.
