Item does what it’s meant to do. Great little piece of equipment. Wish the tire inflator hose and the jumper cables were longer because it’s hard holding it and connecting at the same time. It doesn’t heat up like my old one did. Weight is good because I take it on motorcycle trips. Also great for motorcycles because it doesn’t take a ton of space.

Simple review, It works. I have used it now over 6 moths to jump 3 cars and inflate 4 tires. Has worked every time. Is also much more compact than my old black and decker or Stanley version. This is great and it sits under my back seat. I have bought them for my parents and friends as gifts to keep everyone safe while traveling. This should be a staple in everyone's car!

I ordered this because I had a slow leak in my car Tire. I used it genuinely about four times, And I had to return it because the display started messing up and wouldn't come back.. I started the return process, keeping in mind that I checked prime shipping. And knowing that amazon, it normally takes responsibility even for a third party seller, They required me to print out the shipping label, And yes, that sounds easy, but I do not have easy access to a printer. Then, after paying a, company to print it out for me, Amazon received the item back. We're going on a very long time and I still have yet received my money.. Good luck if you buy this item.. An interesting product. Combined Jump-Starter and Air Pump is nice, but a bit bulky due to the pump.Large capacity of 21,800 mah (~80 Wh) is very good.The car battery clamps actually have a Voltmeter display built-into them!! (this is nice, and I've never seen this before) (but more expensive jump-starters have Voltage display on the main unit's display instead)-----------------CONS:-- Does NOT display its internal Battery% like "78%" (just 3 of 4 "bars"). This was "must have" for me. :-(-- The USB-C port is for INPUT ONLY (why??) and it is slow to charge-up (~6hrs) because the USB-C is NOT "PD" (ie just 15W in). USB-C-PD In/Out was major "must have" for me. :-(-- Lastly, the LED light is kind of Weak/Dim compared to other power-bricks and Jump-starters. Usable, but better if it had a High/Low choice, especially considering its huge battery capacity.

My motorcycle had a dead battery at work and this jump pack worked great to getting it started up! The clamps are on the chunky side so fitting them on the terminals in a tight spot on my Harley sportster was tricky but I'm glad I had it! Works great!

This product is great so far. Amazingly, my wife’s battery died the day after I received the product. In very little time I was able to start her car. It is very easy to use. It’s size is ideal. The fact that you can also use it to inflate your tires when the temperature changes which happens often at this time of the year is so convenient. I would recommend this product without any reservations. We also have a tandem garage which if you’re parked the wrong way inside the garage and you get a dead battery, you’re not a happy camper.
