HOROWSmart Toilet with Heated Bidet, Instant Warm Water, Pre-Wet, Tankless Toilet with Dual Flush System 1/1.27 GPF

Has it for 2 years. Still works great. The top water flow got weak for a few weeks. Customer service was great. The filter at the water in take was clean so I don’t know what caused the problem. It just fixed itself. Great design and it’s tankless. If you live in the U.S. make sure you get the adaptor that connects to the wall since this is a European design.

Highly recommend Horow bidet toilet. The toilet with bidet function is great as was the competitive price. We were even more pleasantly surprised by the customer service. We had a couple problems with the seat not flushing and Horow sent us new seats at no charge which we received in a few days after communicating with the rep. Nono was a pleasure to work with, always very helpful and pleasant. We liked it so much, we actually bought one for my parents, who love it as well.

I decided to purchase this toilet because, as usual, Lowes fell through delivering the toilet our contractors had ordered. This one arrived quickly and Harow made sure to keep me updated on it's progress.When it arrived my plumber was excited to get it set up only to realize our house was built by cowboys and the toilet Rough-In (distance of waste pipe to the wall) was way under standard (9in). FYI, the Rough-In for this toilet is 12in and you should measure and adjust yours before the toilet comes in to save frustration. Cue the plumber having to dig up a couple of inches of concrete to reposition the waste pipe.Once we got over that hurdle the toilet went in very quickly and we got to testing it out. Getting up in the middle of the night, in the cold, to go sit on this nicely warmed seat is heaven. It pre-wets the toilet to help keep it clean and so far it seems to be doing the job excellently. The bidet has good pressure and is warm so it is not a shock to the system, there are several settings but the 'one-solution' setting is all you really need to remember after you initially have it set up; It cycles through settings and finishes with the dryer function. I can confidently say I have never been cleaner!There are only two negatives I see:1. The bidet function is slightly off center and I have to adjust my position ever so slightly when it turns on, it doesn't really bother me though2. The seat might be more comfortable than my couch and I sometimes lose track of the timeAll my family has come over to try out our 'futuristic' toilet at the insistence of my niece who is obsessed. She even went to Disney this week and was telling everyone how Disney's toilets are not as good as her Uncles.

This toilet is good but has it’s shortcomings. Model T01Y. The install was challenging with me going to Ace Hardware 6 times. I have a 1/2” copper stub out so I needed a 1/2 compression/ 1/2” FIP connector. Okay fine, then the adapter works but the fit is loose, so I had to pack on the teflon tape to stop the leak. The bolts are sturdy, but difficult to reach, you need some space on one side to fit your arm in back to tighten. The size is wider than other toilets, but not as deep and the opening is large which is nice. There is a pink glow from the manual button on the side which is not in our color scheme and not necessary. I was looking for no labels visible, however there are several paragraphs about the heated seat printed on the underside of the lid which is permanent. The pre flush is great because it swooshes all around the bowl and keeps it sparkling, but it is noisier than conventional toilets so it may wake up your partner at night. The water temperature is perfect and the heated seat is nicer than I imagined. The night light is fine but it stays on all the time, it would be nice if it would turn on as you approached, i guess for a dark bathroom it’s okay. Wash function is good, as well as the dryer. The foot sensor is nice for guys, you have to find it a bit. The manual is pretty confusing instead of the word “settings” it says paragraph, and it mentions a buzzer, but I'm glad it’s silent. Customer service is very good and responds to every question.

A year after purchasing this toilet, the toilet seat died. This was a mere three weeks after the warranty ran out, so I figured I was out the $900 I had paid. Who fixes things after the warranty expires?Horow did. I called customer support, and the phone was picked up on the second ring by an actual human, who listened to what happened and gave me a few things to try. None of them worked. So they sent me an entire new seat (which, if you understand bidet toilets, is the most expensive component). I just discarded the old seat, installed the new one, and everything is back to normal. I even received several follow-up emails and phone calls from Horow to make sure everything as right. I haven't experienced this level of customer support in a long time!The toilet itself is very stylish and functional. But I'd buy from Horow again just for the customer support. Great job!!!

It was working great for a year or so. After that we started to have issues flushing the toilet. Weak flush. It only worked normal half of the time. Called the plumber and the guy told us that this was not an issue with the pipes- it wasn't clogged, it's a toilet issue. Not enough pressure to flush the water. Now it's a constant issue. Not flushing, useless

We love this toilet. So much that we bought a second for our other bathroom. We did have to have an electrical outlet installed near the back of the toilet, but other than that it was easy to install. We love the heated seat function and the various washing options. We would recommend

My toilet has been in place for a little over a year now. No issues to date and it's become a favorite feature of the house. Nothing like stumbling in to the bathroom in the middle of the night, mostly asleep, and being able to sit on a warm rather than icy seat, with a warm water bidet to finish, sending you back to bed still fully relaxed! Plus the skirted design makes the base SO much easier to clean than one with lots of books and crannies.
