Work great!
I installed two of these in my garage, added a super bright LED bulb, and they light up the whole garage when I pull in now. The garage door opener, made in Germany (?) comes with a pathetic light that turns on when the door goes up, but these suckers are like the SUN by comparison. I'd highly recommend them, and would buy them again!

Fits in a small space.
I have an outlet in a small corner of my front porch and needed a motion light. This small flex socket adapter works perfectly for a motion bulb in my quite small corner. Would recommend for a "small" corner light.

Perfect spot light
This product is great for spot on lighting anywhere there is an outlet. I use it in my garage mostly at night for extra light.

Three Stars
Good product but the flex portion could not stay in the place I put it..

Convenient
It's worked great for many months now. It's kind of flimsy, I thought it would be sturdier. I think it needs some kind of protective piece around it to be better. I use it in a small room that only has outlets but no light. I've brushed against it a few times and luckily I haven't knocked it out of the outlet but if I did, it has nothing to protect the bulb from breaking. Otherwise good product for the price.

Flexible!
Works great...mine is actually plugged into a ceiling outlet in my garage with a motion sensing light bulb. I no longer walk into a dark garage at night. I am able to use the flexible neck to direct light where I wanted it.

Use this in my fifth wheel
I use this with a "rough treatment" incandescent light to heat the utility locker on my fifth wheel during the winter. It works great!

Don't buy it.
This thing is almost worthless. Yes, it powers a lightbulb just fine, and it's about all that it does well. This thing, however, is so slippery in the socket that it tips over almost immediately with a lightbulb in it (yes, I tried multiple bulbs, even extremely lightweight LED ones), exposing the metal prongs, regardless of what position it's in. I'm worried that if someone tried to flip the switch, their finger might slip past it one day and jam their finger right into the exposed prongs. The flexible neck also isn't even strong enough to hold itself upright without a bulb in it unless it's plugged in (switch down) with the neck completely straight up in the air, making the flexible neck pointless. You get a few degrees of maneuverability before it flops over like wet spaghetti.Don't buy it, even as a cheap solution. This product belongs in a dollar store, where all the rest of the cheap, barely workable, questionably safe electronics go. At least then you'd be wasting $1 instead of $9.
