I saw there are many on the market charging over $20 for the same product LOL for a Splitter. This one is definitely the best easy to setup, The speed stays the same. Looks clean has great quality and connectivity. Highly recommend to anyone that has a long ethernet wire going somewhere and need multiple point of connection. The size is very small and easy to hide.

This works perfectly, but unfortunately for me I ordered the wrong one. I was hoping to use this is a splitter so I can have a wired connection going to by Xbox and my Smart TV for streaming movies. It does work well, you just plug it all in and everything works. Plugging directly into the wall, my wired download speeds on my Xbox can go as high as 800+ Mbps, but using this splitter the downloads are capped at around 70-80Mbps. That's my mistake for not reading carefully and ordering the wrong one. And also too bad for me I'm past Amazon's 30 day return policy. Oh well. If you're looking for something basic don't care about speed so much, and just need to split 1 line into 2, this will work great. If you're looking for gaming or streaming, make sure you order the 1000 Mbps version rather than the 100.

I noticed the splitter wasn’t working and upon closer inspection it looks like it melted. I’m just thankful it didn’t cause a fire.Update: after originally leaving a 1 star review the seller reached out and offered a full refund as well as a new upgraded product. They assured me that the outer shell of the original device was fire resistant and thus most likely would not have caused a fire. The new device has had no issues so far and I would recommend using this seller for the great customer service alone.

a noticable decrease in video quality when spliting signal from cable tv box. maybe its for computer use and not digital tv. maybe, could be the cable providers software, not sure. or it could be my console. with so many propietary restrictions these days its often a guessing game.

Exactly what I wanted for a great price.

I have 300mbps, the moment i connected the ethernet cables, both of my computers went from 300 mbps to 90 mbps , besides the slow speed connection, it works alright, therefore if you need it for any streaming or gaming purposes, keep in mind it reduces your speed of internet.

Complete false advertising had to go back after buying this and reading the fine print. Do not recommend at all.
