Great product; however, the filters are expensive. I can purchase 30 gallons of distilled water at the grocery cheaper than purchasing 4 filters.

Cant find the replacement filters! I can’t use it until I do. And with shortage of distilled water I’m back to purified.Don’t buy unless you get the filters!

The product needs some work...the seal isn't that great etc. I do have hard water but I am trying to keep water flosser and cpap machine in good condition and this product didn't help.

Product works great. However you can only use filter for 30 days. Website in packaging provides website to reorder. Website does not work. No way to order filters. It really is too bad because device works great especially for travel. Only one month use for now.

The media could not be loaded.  We are planning international travel and this will make it so much easier to use CPAP machine. In the past, we had to source distilled water when we arrived, it was so stressful. Setting filter up first time was simple too. Great product! I have already ordered replacement filters which come in a four pack because I am sure I will start using at home instead of lugging big jugs from the store.

We just took a trip and this is great for travel too. No need to refrigerate a big ion-distilled water pitcher. I don’t have to buy or store large jugs of distilled water anymore. Lastly such a great purchase price and arrived on time. I am so grateful and relieved!

Loved the product but have an issue with the difficulty of obtaining the replacement filters. I can't find them on Amazon or on the company wesite.

So easy to use. It makes just the right amount and it's small enough to fit on my carry on. No more searching for distilled water in a new city. It doesn't get better than that.
