Product is not as pictured
This can only realistically fit around your foot. The velcro strap makes it impossible to fit around your arm. Velcro is noisy when moving around since the velcro strap wraps back around on itself. Not completely mad about it since I have other straps I can repurpose as arm straps. Trackstraps if you are wondering.

Well built, but small for adults
These are well built, but they are not built with adult sized arms in mind, especially so if you're in the gym a good bit and have muscle. However this is a problem easily solved with extension straps.

Not the best. I'm pretty picky. I ended up going with the EOZ straps. They were much better, but very expensive.

These are NOT quality
Noisy "Velcro" bad fitment and cheap engineering to hold the bolt in place are all blatantly obvious from the 5 minutes I've been messing with these straps, they are NOT well made. Will be exchanging for a higher quality product (thanks for the return Amazon)

these are very small so if you have any kind of muscle they wont fit gl

Not as pictured.
The sticky side of the velcro is much longer than pictured, it'll only fit around wrists, not feet as described and pictured. If it did somehow fit around feet, the sticky side of the velcro would be facing the carpet.
