Hose end looks like it is too short, if I’m picking up what you’re putting down. Maybe if there’s an adaptor, or you can modify it for comfort.

It has a spout at the end not a spray head. For bathing a pet and cleaning a shower there is no need for a spray head.

Q: Can the outflow be adjusted?

You can turn your faucet on lower pressure. Too much pressure will blow it off.
