does it come with a radio? FM?

It does have the capability for accepting an aux input and I have my Garmin Zumo with an XM receiver connected to the speakers.

Can it fit a 150cc scooter

As long as the handlebar is 7/8" or 1", and the battery is 12V, it will fit.

Does this product include all hardware for installation?

Yes all is included. It does good I can hear it on my honda shadow 750 with cobra pipes.

It’s waterproof

Sound quality is nice and is loud enough for me and the controller is easy to use with gloves on.

More is Better

I have purchased 5 of these for all my side x sides. 9ver the last 6 years.They all link up to my devices great. I wish it had a little more bass. Just don't install it without and on/off switch It will eventually kill the battery on direct to battery installations.
