Love this lamp!! it is lovely, warm light with a huge Blob floatingabout effortlessly so whats not to like! Its great & Worth every penny!It does need a while to warm up to start to blob, a mereTechnicality as all blobs are bulb warmed, so wait & enjoy.

Faulty and dangerous
I had this for less than a week and used it 3 times as per the instructions. Today it had been on for half an hour when it made a big bang. I saw that a large metal coil was now loose floating with the "lava". I immediately turned it off and now have to go to the trouble of returning it for a refund. Shocking quality. Dangerous and unfit for use. Not like it's cheap either. I have another lava lamp from another brand that is perfect. I'll never buy from this company again.
