Only major complaints other than its durability in general is it is slightly tricky unsoldering the old one and re-soldering a new one onto the controller PCB, getting to the board that houses the component Isn't that bad and just needs like a tool kit for opening up controllers or phones would help and a soldering pen/gun.When disassembling Index controller unlock the ribbon cables first before unplugging them or you risk damaging your internal cables. oh and dont forget RMA exists and opening those controllers void warranty etc.
