Take one 30 mins before breakfast and it staves off my hunger for hours. Take another around 3pm and when dinner rolls around I'm finally hungry.

Dose is two capsules as recommended. I took 2 with my morning tea and toast and was glad I was home; I had a bout of 'Uncontrollable waste evacuation', about 40 minutes later. Probably due to the raspberry. I now take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and have had no further surprises!

This is a very good blend and meets what I have found to be a good balance with the green tea and the ketones. Personally I don't like blends. I don't like some one else to spice up my meal. I can do it just fine, thank you. I take 800 Green Coffee Bean extract, 600 green tea extract, 1000 Rasp. Ketones, and 6oo African Mango extract since January 2014 to date. I start all herbs at max recommendations for 6 months, then I reduce to the min. The problem with me is that I do nothing religiously. I may go a week or two without any supplements. I take a few vitamins but the bulk of my health care is herbal and amino acids. I weight 285 lbs. 01/2014 today 8/2016 I weight 230 lbs. I am on the J8lia Child's' diet, cream, butter, and the whole shebang. Never a day without something sweat, ain't no diet fat free sugar free chemical poisons here. If I am going to leave this world I want to say I lived.This supplement with African mango and green coffee extract taken for at least a year. Herbals need to build up in your system.. Before I knew what was going on I was ordering the child;s cheeseburger and ice cream filled me up at a 1/4 cup instead of two pints. The secret is not in deprivation but in moderation. Like Churchill said 'Never, Never, Never Give Up!. Take this supplements for at least 6 months to year. You may not even notice the change but an inch easy as hell. I’ve been using raspberry keystone off and on for over 5 years. I’ve extremely active so this is why they work for me. I’ve been able to lose more then 10 lbs using this product. I eat health and I don’t really eat fast food. I’ve been off of these for a while, so I’m starting back up and will give you more info on how this works.

The work as needed

After reading the risk/warning on the back of the bottle and finding out that this product can expose you to lead, which is known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, I decided to flush All the tablets down the toilet. Better safe than sorry.

I opened these to discover the seal was broken. Amazon refunded my money and I am going to purchase these again. I feel they are a Great value for the product and look forward to using these in my daily vitamin regimin.
