These are really cute! I was looking for battery operated LED lights with a soft yellowish glow (LED lights are not supposed to attract bugs) to string inside my new portable screen room for camping and outside. I am very pleased with the soft yellowish (soft white they call it) glow. Can't wait to try them outside. Lots of different lighting effects, and a cute little remote to control them, or just use the button on the battery case. Nice bang for the buck. I'll be gentle with the wire and keep batteries out when not in use, and hopefully they will last a long time.Edit: First time I used them on my portable screen room, I noticed one light is out. Hopefully not a sign of things to come. The rest still work properly, and provided just enough light to see other people sitting at table without being obnoxious.

OMG they’re ridiculously tiny!!! I expected these ping pong ball size lights and they’re smaller than a gumball!!!!! Too late to order different ones so hoping they at least look cute once hung up and lit in the dark.....OMG I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time as when I opened the box!!!

Love these lights! They have so many settings and they make my bedroom much cozier. The string is nice and thin. Even unlit, these bulbs add charm. Definitely recommend!

These lights arrived super fast and are better quality than I was expecting for the price. Perfect size and they stow away perfectly in our camping box. They will even be light enough to throw in our backpacking gear. Can't wait to string them up on the porch and in our powerless, mountain cabin in the Ozarks this summer. These will be great around the house as well! Loved them so much that I ordered another string of lights.I also string these lights up around the inside of our ARB awning room. They're the perfect length for 8x8 room. Gives the perfect glow, lights up tent nicely.

The remote controls are pretty cool, but you've got to aim them just right to get them to work. The strings (I bought three) all worked when I put them up in my yard, but one was chewed through by a squirrel, and the other two succumbed to the elements rather quickly. The battery pack really isn't an outdoor safe item, even if this is advertised as such. I liked the program feature with the remote... I programmed mine to come on at dusk.For the price and short lifespan... I won't be buying these again. I've had better luck with the cheaper solar powered strings.

I love this battery operated light. I ordered two more sets after the first one. At first, was not expecting much, but the convenience of not having a long cord to find an outlet for, plus the handy remote control options made it a pleasant surprise. Note that the lights are not super bright, so don't expect it to single-handedly illuminate the room.

The length of the lights is good; however, they weren't as bright has I had hope. The remote control only worked if pointed directly at the battery box. I ordered two sets and one didn't work well. Good if you just want a little light as an accent. Bulbs are an ugly white cheap looking color as well.

I am going to put these out by the pool if my daughter will let me. She took these away from me as soon as they arrived and hung them in her room. They’re perfect for decorating a girl’s room. using at Christmas, or even weddings. The remote is very handy with multiple light functions.I guess I’ll have to order another set for the pool. :)
