The media could not be loaded.  I love this watch, I can make and receive calls, helps me to catch up in a lot of different alarms and reminders, when I bought it it had an instant discount, my brother has the Apple one, but he saw me playing with this one and now he is going to get one, because he likes the tactical style.Believe it or not 100% recommended.

The phone app is amazing

I’ve owned this watch for two months. Watch function is ok. Customer support for watch is non existent, tried to email for help 4 times with no response.I feel customer support is as important as product. I will not purchase from this company again!.Returned watch today after trying company tel number for help, the telephone number does not work.

I loved this watch at the beginning but after 9 months, the magnetic part that charges the watch, eventually shifted and my husband was unable to charge the watch and eventually the watch shut down. I was so disappointed because I paid $75 for this watch and it was a birthday present that I expected to last longer than it did. Don't think I'll ever recommend this brand.

The battery life is great but the step counter is way short and there isn’t a way to adjust it

This watch was great for the first 3 months. After that it would disconnect from the phone randomly with the phone by side, do factory resets without being set to, loose contact info and recent messages. I tried re installing the app for the watch but that didn't work. So definitely not built like a TANK
