Amazing Shower Set

Looking forward to nightly showers!
I decided to place my old showerhead that we had for the past five years because we were experiencing dripping after turning it off, and I thought why not upgrade to a more luxury shower experience with a rainfall showerhead. I could not be more happy with the product that we decided on. The water comes out so soft yet the coverage is very wide Andy we love the tilting options, plus the additional wand for getting hard to reach places is amazing when washing your hair or getting more direct pressure on your body. Every shower experience is so peaceful, literally the way the water hits the ground sounds like we are in a rainforest. I did hire a plumber to install just to make sure that we did everything perfect but I’m really considering getting another one for my other bathroom.

Loved it until…
I bought this on Nov 2022 during our bathroom remodel. We had it professionally installed. Looks fantastic and worked beautifully, until yesterday. The water is now spraying out of the side of the square head almost like the seem ruptured. I tried to look online for sustainer support without luck. Only a 30day window to return.
