why don’t these ship to los angeles?

Same here. Ordering from Orange county, california and i get message vendor cannot ship to my address.

How many colors do they contain? Is there random assorted color mix?

Hi ! You'll get 10 vivid assorted color in equal quantity. It means that each color has 10 balloons. So you can go nuts and build a rainbow balloon arch, for example. Thank you!

Hi! Can i use these balloons for toddler birthday party? We plan to invite a lot of parents with babies...

Yes, surely you can. These balloons are made with high quality natural latex. It is non-toxic material. They are safe to be used for children and don't have bad smell also

Can you inflate them to different sizes? For example I want to create a garland- some will need to be 5 inch, some 11 inch.

Hey Kristine. Surely, you can inflate them to different sizes. The Garland will be bold and bright. Reagards, Max
