Amazing Flatirons
This flatiron is one of the best I have used. I love the way it smooths the hair out and I am able to get to the small of the head to flatiron those hard to get areas of short haircut. I love that it is temperature controlled so I am able to adjust as I go. I am also impressed with the titanium plates they are great for the hair . Love these irons . Perfect
Love love love these flat irons. I have both these and some “red by kiss” ones I like these better. The other ones are ok but these give my hair more of a shine and the heat seems to be controlled slightly better. My hair had been short for 10+ years and I’ve been waiting for a flat iron smaller than a .5 inch so these are perfect

Not working as expected.
The media could not be loaded. This is my second iron of this brand. The first one was fine. This one is not aligned properly. When I close the plates together, only the vet tip touches causing it to snag and snatch strands of hair. The parts that are not touching does not get the hair smooth. This is a lot of money for it to not be right.

Will not grip the hair tight at all
I have purchased this once had to return it because it did not grip sent me another one which made the second one did not grip the hair it was too loose only tight on the tip order the third one because I've heard that the curling irons are good so I was hoping I can could get a good pair but this is the final straw I would not purchase it again they do not grip the hair at all. Too much money to be wasting. They need to take these off of here for me to purchase three that do not work the products they're selling on Amazon must be like TJ Maxx items with some type of defect on them or something

It works extremely well
For short hair styles or long hair roots, this flat iron is a dream. On my natural hair it works to smooth it out and style. Great buy!

Throwing away my other flat irons...
Love how my hair is shiny and it has temp control. Also it did t pull my hair!

I love the flat iron but after about 2-3 months of use I noticed on side of irons the black part started to Melt & flake off Im guessing due to heat but it wasn't to the point that I can't use them I just turn heat lower now, keep in mind I'm a hairstylist so I use irons more often then the average women at home, I wipe my irons down after each use with a towel so the oils & other products don't stick to irons & build up...hoping this review will get back to H2PRO company so they can resolve the issue with future irons, otherwise I LOVE THEM ‼️
