What size screws go in these?

It's an M4-.70. I tried #6-32, but they were just a tad too small (I could jiggle the screws out), and #8s are too big. I picked up some M4s, and they fit perfectly.

What is the diameter and thread size of the plunger (the metal part, not the rubber foot)?

As the data specified. Plunger diameter: 6.3mm/0.25" ( Head of + Screw), 3.75mm/ 0.14" screw diameter, (thread size). Hope this helps Regards Mike

From the bottom surface of the base it's 1/2".

Has anyone tried these with T track bolts?

No, I have not; you'd have to attach a plate for the t-track bolt to come through. The screw holes will support a #8 screw at best. You might take note of the "light duty" description; I got these and was surprised by the size as I had not reviewed the photo with the dimensions detailed. These are quite small.
