Excellent for Microsoft users, not so much for Apple
As a total newbie, I found most of the instruction great. But I use an Apple IPod. I was dismayed to find out that some of the essential software only works on Microsoft or Mac equipment. I had to buy a MacBook in order to complete the process ($$$). AND Ann says to save the in a Word .docx format. After much frustration, I discovered that Pages (Apple’s word processor, that I write in) will save it it Word format. But I wanted .docx, not standard Word. After lengthy search it turns out that when Pages saves a document in “Word” format, it means .docx! So no problem. Just download the necessary software to the MacBook. After much fumbling around, I finally got it done. The title is “Betsy’s Choice” Be sure and get the one with the yellow cover by De De Herin. De De is the author; I am the publisher. She gave me the handwritten manuscript and asked me to get it published! That is a story in itself, so I’ll leave it at that. It is a good read.
