This Shentec battery is a perfect replacement for my Worx WA3512.1 18 volt battery for a 7 year-old Worx WG540 blower. It lasts just a bit longer than the new Worx battery did, but it is ALOT more powerful than the original, like more than double! My blower tosses leaves and clippings 3-4 times farther than it used too.As some of the other reviews said, it is slightly loose when cradled in the blower, but this is not a performance issue and easily overcome (if it really bothers you) with a strategically placed wad of paper in the tool to hold battery tight. But that was no issue for me bc this battery is a beast...really vibrates my hand fiercely as it kicks my blower into high gear! Highly recommend.Finally, not sure if any other Worx tool owners had this issue, but my original battery would START to die a long time before it was actually COMPLETELY dead. After it died the first time, I would work the off on switch and get five or six more 15 to 20 second bursts of air. Then five or six 10 second bursts, then some 5 second bursts and so on until it was finally dead dead; kind of a pain with the old battery. But the Shentec stays full power all the way till the end, so in that sense it does last look get than the original. When the Shentec starts to lose power, it's only about 10-15 more seconds before it is dead dead. I'm guessing that's an improvement in the lithium ion technology but it is cool nevertheless 👍 Definitely worth the price for me!Last note, follow the instructions in this items description when first charging this, or any other, lithium ion battery; greatly extends longevity

Good replacement battery

Original battery has been used for a while and is showing its mileage - shorter run time, constant recharge, etc. This replacement battery is very cost effective - right price with longer battery life!!! It will work with the original WORX charger. I didn't measure its run time precisely, but it covers trim works for front & back yard plus little more adventure (old original one only covers one side and I have to return the base for recharge). Due to the large battery capacity, its charging time is longer than then original one - I don't mind this since I plug this in overnight.

It was great when it first arrived , it held the charge well , gave me the higher speed it was great! But only lasted four months before it runs out in three minutes.

Compatible with my weedeater. Works great except the battery drains too quickly.

This replacement battery works great with my Worx products. One of the original batteries would no longer hold a charge after 8 years, so when I went looking for a replacement this one seemed like a good bet. I can't speak to longevity since I've only had it for a month, but it holds a charge like nobodies business, doesn't get hot and I've had no issues with it being loose or falling off. It snaps in securely just like the original. I'll be coming back when the other old one bites the dust.

I wanted to give a 0 star rating on this battery but couldn't. I ordered it in late February before yard season started here in Michigan to be ready. I "charged" it on May 5th for the first time and it didn't hold a charge. My return window on Amazon had expired so I followed the prompts to get customer support and contact the supplier. Two emails in a week and no response from the company. It's no longer available on the company website nor Amazon and no idea if or when it will be available again. I contacted Amazon and they offered me a full refund upon returning the battery to them. I appreciated their help so I wasn't out my money.

This is the same size and weight as the battery that came with my week whacker. However, whereas the stock batter (1.3 Amp Hrs) can't do my whole yard on one charge, this one easily does the whole yard, front and back. I let it go without charging it to see how long it would last the next week, and it still lasted through half the yard. It says it's 3 amp hours, and that matches my real-world experience over the past few months of use.
