What is the difference from lemon lime and the matcha green tea & lemon hydration?

Great Question! Other than flavor the matcha green tea will have 16mg of recurring caffeine per 500ml of water. Matcha green tea is one of my favorites, especially warmed up on cold days!

What constitutes a serving?

I put one half of a packet in 16.9 oz bottle of water. Not sure if this constitutes one serving but using more makes water too sweet.

Does this drink contain any caffeine?

I don’t believe so. Caffeine is dehydrating and this is awesome at hydrating. My dad is and Ironman athlete and drink this and the recovery formula as well. He won’t typically put caffeine in his body so that’s what making lean towards no. I don’t have my bag handy to double check.
