This is shiny polyester, NOT cotton
As I mentioned in the title of this review, the tapestry is cheap, shiny polysilk. That said, it looks nice and works for what I wanted it for. And it's certainly a lot cheaper than the 100% cotton variety.

Very very thin but still pretty
The colors are nice and it's just as pretty as it looks online; but this is more like a screen printed sheet or flag than a tapestry because the fabric is pretty thin compared to what's expected with tapestries.
