Happy I made the purchase
I ordered and it was missing 1 package, but I was able to contact the company and they were friendly and sent what I was missing. This is a good product to add to your feminine routine. The herbs smell amazing and I'm happy with my purchase.

Did not come with all products listed
The seat is great. It comes flat but it expands. I’m satisfied with the functionality; however, I did not receive all the items listed. I contacted the owner. She responded but did not do what she promised…..provide the missing items.

Herbal steam.
First steam showed almost immediate results. The second one was even better, left me feeling refreshed, and drained of toxic energy. I feel less bloated, no BV, more moist and tighter than usual. Ordered the 3-pack, only received 2, but they sent the missing one in no time. Great customer service as well.
